Watch Cinderella at Segerstrom Center for the Arts

If you are looking for an entertaining family-friendly musical to share with your kids, be sure to catch RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN’S CINDERELLA, the 2013 Tony Award-winning Broadway musical from the creators of South Pacific and The Sound of Music, at Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Cinderella will play for a limited engagement from April 19 – May 1, 2016.












We are all familiar with the tale of Cinderella and her glass slipper but this beloved tale has some delightful twists in this musical version. This Rodgers + Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA version combines the story’s classic elements – glass slippers, pumpkin, and a beautiful ball with surprising twists and enchanting musical numbers. The actress who portrays Cinderella, Kaitlyn Davidson, gives a spirited performance and Andy Huntington Jones as Prince Topher, is quite the charming prince.











CINDERELLA has music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, a new book by Douglas Carter Beane and original book by Oscar Hammerstein II. The musical is directed by Mark Brokaw and choreographed by Josh Rhodes. Music adaptation, supervision and arrangements are by David Chase and
orchestrations are by Danny Troob.

Tuesday – Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday at 2 and 7:30 p.m.
Sunday at 1 and 6:30 p.m.

The 2 p.m. performance on Saturday, April 30, 2016 will include audio description, open captioning and sign-language interpretation.
