12 Days of Holiday Fun- Say Hello to a Snoopy Giveaway

Just last week, my family had a totally Snoopy-Christmas at  Knotts Berry Farm. We had a delicious chicken dinner at Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner restaurant and spent the day riding rides and viewing all the Holiday specials going on at Knott’s Merry Farm in Buena Park.  The thing I like best about going to Knott’s is that it reminds me of a simpler time. It’s so retro-cool.

And speaking of retro… here’s a little Snoopy’s Christmas a.k.a. Snoopy vs. The Red Baron by the Royal Guardsmen to kick off our 12 Days of Holiday Fun!

But WAIT, there’s MORE.  The good people behind the Peanuts gang have provided us with a lovely giveaway.  One lucky winner will receive a PEANUTS package, featuring clockwise from center:  an interactive Snoopy and Woodstock plush from Gemmy;  Warner Home Video’s all new DVD,“Snow Days;” activity books from Dalmation Press; Charlie Brown’s pathetic Christmas tree available exclusively at Urban Outfitters; and  Hallmark’s recordable storybook version of A Charlie Brown Christmas and commemorative ornament

How to enter the contest: Complete the phrase…. “The best Christmas present I ever got was.…”  Leave a comment here by Thursday and a random “commenter” will be chosen as the winner.  For an extra entry, you can post on your answer on facebook.com/suburbanmamas

Last year, we had a Charlie Brown Christmas giveaway too.

One LAST thing, there’ll be a Twitter party today, Tuesday, December 13th, 1pm PST  just  follow the hashtag #CharlieBrownChristmas.

  1. I think the best Christmas present I ever got was a Cabbage Patch Doll. I can still remember the exact shape of the box that I was looking for on Christmas morning.

  2. The best Christmas present I ever got was a table and chairs my Dad made me when I was about 8 yrs old. Each chair had a doll in it. I spent countless hours at that table playing house, doing homework and reading. I still have one of the chairs to that set and im 51. 🙂

  3. Thank you all so much for your wonderful answers. Using random.org, Kim was chosen the winner. I do hope you all have an amazing Christmas!
